Training: All guarding personnel deployed by the Aman security operation team undergo basic security training as per the PASARA ACT, 2005. This imparts the necessary skills to perform duties in addition to lessons on basic guarding and self-defense. The training process is ongoing and progressive throughout the employee's career to refresh and further develop their knowledge. Training is imparted on job sites, customers' premises, our various branch offices, Regional Training Centers, as well as within the premises of our highly functional and well-equipped training center presently located in Mira Road (E), Dist. Thane.
The utmost attention is given to the requirement of our personnel in accordance with strict parameters laid down as a group policy. This includes education, age, and physical fitness background. All employees are subjected to rigorous vetting; furthermore, the internal security department in each region is responsible for verification, background checks, and service records of each employee.
Before Aman takes up any assignment, a team of operational staff visits the site to analyze and understand the security needs of the client's premises. Based on the survey report, a customized security setup for the premises is designed.
A detailed set of instructions, including a charter of duties for security personnel, clients' expectations from security staff, emergency procedures, and other relevant details, are documented. These post and site instructions are prepared in close consultation with the client.
Supervision, Rotation & Surprise checks: The security personnel are supervised by area officers & area managers who visit the unit regularly for surprise checks. In addition, senior executives conduct surprise visits regularly. The rotation of security personnel is done as per recruitment; staff is subject to transfer as we do not encourage familiarity with employees or unions, which is in the interest of security.
Customer Care Cell: Over and above regular checks, night rounds, and surprise checks, we have a CRM team that keeps in touch with our clients to get feedback on our services and resolve issues on high priority.
